Juli \u2013 1. September 2018<\/span><\/h2><p>Die Gem\u00e4lde von Roman Kochanski, 1983 in Essen geboren, begegnen der Umwelt in einem dekonstruierenden Modus. Ausgehend von der Fragmentierung der Realit\u00e4t in ihre Bestandteile, stellt er diese isoliert und vergr\u00f6\u00dfert dar. In seinen abstrakten Arbeiten stehen Farbe, Geste und Material im Vordergrund, der oftmals verwendete Acryllack verleiht den Arbeiten eine satinierte Patina, welche die Gegenstandshaftigkeit des Bildes als Objekt akzentuiert.<\/p><p>Zwischen Figuration und Abstraktion schwankend, lassen sich bei Kochanski h\u00e4ufig Elemente aus der Naturwelt finden; V\u00f6gel und Pflanzen werden in all ihrer Vielfallt und prallen Farbigkeit dargestellt und stilisiert. So zeugen sie von einer kontrollierten Natur, gez\u00e4hmt und doch selbst\u00e4ndig und souver\u00e4n in ihrer Erscheinung.
